Ali is a qualified personal trainer and offers 1-2-1 and small group fitness coaching in Bristol and Bath.  She specialises in strength and conditioning, bodyweight training, calisthenics, core stability, flexibility and endurance training for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced sports specific training.

After an initial consultation, she will create a structured training programme which will enable you to train more effectively and progressively increase strength and endurance in order to achieve your goals.
